UK: £3.75 per order
Europe: £10.00 per order
Rest of the World: £15.00 per order

All UK items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class and should be with you within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times to international destinations will vary.

These postage costs are for retail customers purchasing 'average' quantities of yarn for their own personal use. For very large or valuable orders, please email me to discuss other delivery options.


Every order is handled with great care and our goal is for you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Refunds are given if goods are faulty. If goods are not faulty but you have simply changed your mind, or you have yarn left over from a project, I am happy to exchange any unused items in their original state for other goods to the same value.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully. If you are concerned about colour variations, please check on multiple screens. We try our best to represent the colours and tones in all our products honestly and clearly.


As most workshops incur upfront costs for us for materials and sometimes for tutors' fees, I can only offer a refund in the event of you cancelling your workshop booking  if I am able to fill the space. Please contact me as soon as you can if you cannot come to a workshop you have booked. All cancellations are subject to a £10 admin fee. If we have to cancel a whole workshop for any reason, your payment will be refunded in full.


We occasionally take stands at fairs & markets. If you have an event that you think might be a good fit for us please do get in touch.

If you teach or supply anything knitting related and are interested in hosting a workshop or collaborating in some other way, we are always looking for creative ways to reach a wider audience. So, please do contact me with your ideas.
