Booklore Kindle Cover is a small project where you can practice the basics of colour-stranded knitting, including three-needle bind off used on sweater shoulders, and blocking which is essential for the knitting to achieve its shape and for bringing out the pattern. The pattern includes written instructions, a chart and photographs.
Yarn: Jamieson & Smith 2ply jumper weight
Yarn quantities:
Yarn A Shade 1403 Red 1 x 25g ball
Yarn B Shade 37 grey 1 x 25g ball (or Shade 2003 of the Supreme jumper weight)
Yarn C Shade 9113 Maroon 2 x 25g balls
Needles: 2.75mm DPNs
Notions: Stitch marker, 2x18mm buttons
Size: For a standard Kindle 166mm x 114mm x 8.7mm
